This Privacy Policy explains how METTLE WORKS LIMITED (trading as Mettle Works 毅行, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal data in connection with this website and our products and services, in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong (“PDPO”).

When you contact us, request a technical brief, book a demonstration or place an order, we may collect: your name, email address, phone number, company name, industry, and the details of your enquiry or order. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

Our website is informational; if analytics are enabled, only aggregated, non-identifying usage statistics are collected.

Personal data is used to respond to enquiries, arrange demonstrations, prepare quotations, fulfil and support orders, coordinate shipping and customs documentation, and provide after-sales support. We do not sell personal data. We do not use your data for direct marketing without your consent, and you may opt out of any marketing communication at any time.

Data is disclosed only where necessary to deliver our services — for example to freight and logistics providers for shipment, to the product manufacturer for warranty registration or technical support, or where required by law. Any party receiving data is engaged only for the stated purpose.

Under the PDPO you may request access to, and correction of, personal data we hold about you. Requests can be made in writing to info@mettleworks.store. We will respond within the timeframe prescribed by the Ordinance.
