These terms govern the use of this website and the purchase of products and services from METTLE WORKS LIMITED (trading as Mettle Works 毅行). By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Products supplied through this site are manufactured by third parties (including XGRIDS) and retain their manufacturer branding, specifications and warranties. Specifications shown are based on manufacturer-published material and are confirmed against the current manufacturer datasheet at the time of order. Product imagery, availability and configurations may change without notice.

Orders are placed by enquiry, quotation or through the online store where available. A contract is formed when we confirm an order in writing. Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation. Prices, where displayed, are in the currency stated and exclusive of shipping, duties and taxes unless otherwise noted.

We coordinate shipment, export documentation and, where agreed, customs clearance. Delivery timeframes are estimates. Title passes on payment in full; risk passes on delivery to the carrier or agreed delivery point as stated in the order confirmation. Buyers are responsible for import duties and compliance in their own jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Products carry the manufacturer’s warranty as stated in the product documentation. Mettle Works provides onboarding and technical support as described at the time of sale. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the price paid for the products concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of data, profit or project delay.

Content on this site — text, design, graphics and original imagery — belongs to METTLE WORKS LIMITED or is used with permission. Manufacturer names, logos and product imagery remain the property of their respective owners and are used to identify genuine products we supply.
