Solutions
Construction
Close the loop between design intent and what was actually built — at every milestone, not just at handover.
Progress capture
Scheduled scans that record the true state of works — comparable, dated, dispute-proof.
As-built verification
Scan against the design model to confirm what was built matches what was drawn — before it is covered up.
Dimensional verification
Openings, penetrations, slab levels and structural alignment measured from the cloud, not the tape.
Claims & records
A permanent, measurable record of site conditions at each capture date.
The loop is only closed when the record matches the ground.
Most construction data flows one way: from design, down to the site. The record of what was actually built—the as-built—is too often reconstructed afterwards from marked-up drawings and memory. Closing the loop means capturing the completed works themselves: scanning each stage before it is concealed, verifying it against the design model, and carrying a true record forward into the next trade, the next claim, the next asset owner.
Handheld capture makes this a routine site activity rather than a survey event. A single operator records a floor between trades in minutes; the scan is compared against the federated model in the office the same day. Deviations surface while they are still cheap to correct, and the final handover record is not an approximation—it is the building, measured.
Capture
Milestone scans by a single operator — no site shutdown, no survey crew mobilisation.
Process
Registered, colourised clouds aligned to project grid and design coordinates.
Analyse
Scan-vs-model comparison, tolerance heat-mapping, dimensional checks.
Deliver
As-built records, verification reports and BIM-ready geometry at each milestone.
